Pre-construction Preparations

Preparation of site for construction, which includes clearing the existing space, ensuring electrical and plumbing requirements are in place, and making any necessary civil and metal structural changes.

Construction

Execution of design plans and includes activities such as partitioning, flooring, water proofing for washroom areas, ceiling installation, electrical wiring, Fire alarm wiring, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installations, and external cladding.

Space Partitioning

Execution of design plans and includes activities such as silicate partitioning, glass partitioning, sliding folding, see through paneling, window installations shutter doors and fire doors installations.

Furniture Installation

Assembling and installation of furniture and fixtures as per the design plan. This includes workstations, chairs, tables, cabinets, lounge setup, collaborating area and phone booth furniture, Office cafeteria furnitures etc.

Lighting Installation

Installing appropriate lighting fixtures to enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space.

Interior Decoration

Adding finishing touches such as artwork, painting, branding and communication, plants, accessories, and decor elements that align with the design concept.

Technology Setup

Installing and integrating IT infrastructure, networking, server room, UPS room, telecommunication systems, fire alarm systems, door access and CCTV system and AV equipment as required.
